We the parents of Anselm Pollard, Albert and Celner Pollard, are extremely grateful for the excellent service our son received at A.R.C. Inc. Day Habilitation Program at 1145 East 55th Street Brooklyn, NY. Our son was a member of this organization for 10 years, until he passed in November, 2015. He was always excited to go to the program and we were always impressed by the love and caring hearts of the staff. Our son was autistic and very difficult to manage, but the staff was always patient, kind and loving to him.
